Courses
My first mindfulness meditation course twenty three years ago set me on a healing journey that I never imagined. Though I initially fretted about the cost, I later found that the benefits were priceless. Like me, I’ve heard others say that they’d never want to go back to how they felt before they started meditating.
Since my first class, I’ve taught the practice to hundreds in the Delaware Valley, allowing me to witness numerous participants undergo remarkable changes over eight-week periods. Mindfulness has improved the quality of life for many people around the world and throughout history. Are you ready to find out what it can it do for you?
As mindfulness has increased in popularity, you can find an abundance of books and articles about the practice. But without the structure of a class, the curriculum, the guidance of a trained, experienced professional and the classroom camaraderie, it’s hard to maintain a steady practice. Eight week course are generally offered three times a year – winter, spring and fall.

Individual Sessions
Despite your best efforts, you may need some support in finding balance and ease in your life. Reaching out for help isn’t a sign of failure. Instead, it is a courageous step onto a path towards healing and resilience.
