For some, individual sessions offer the best opportunity to learn mindfulness meditation in a safe, supportive, private setting at a convenient time.

Individual hour-long sessions include modern research-based techniques combined with techniques developed and honed by the ancients. As personal growth and change is greatly enhanced by techniques that can be applied between sessions, suggested at-home practices are sometimes provided.
